Terms of Service
The rules that protect our players, our games, and the worlds we build together.

1. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for account information, credentials, and activity carried out through your account.
2. License and ownership
Kemet Games grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use our services. Our games, art, code, characters, names, and related rights remain owned by Kemet Games or its licensors.
3. Fair play
Cheating, exploits, automation, unauthorized modifications, harassment, fraud, and attempts to disrupt services are prohibited. We may investigate and suspend or terminate access when necessary.
4. Purchases and refunds
Purchases may be processed by a platform provider such as Google Play. Prices, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are generally governed by that provider's rules and applicable law.
5. Service changes
Games evolve. We may update, balance, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will communicate material changes where practical.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided to the extent permitted by law without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
7. Governing terms and contact
