Delete your account and data
A clear way to request deletion of an account and personal data associated with a Kemet Games title.

Send your request
Email support@kemetgames.com from the address connected to your game account. Use the subject “Account Deletion Request”.

Include the details
Include the game name, your player or account ID, and the country associated with the account. Never send your password.

Verification and completion
We may ask for limited information to verify ownership. Valid requests will be completed within 30 days unless applicable law requires a different period.

We will delete or anonymize the account profile, identifiers, and linked gameplay data, except records we must keep for security, fraud prevention, purchases, tax, or other legal obligations.
